Microarray result of human skin derived from normal, atopic dermatitis and atopic march patients

The patho-mechanism of atopic dermatitis showing systemic involvement may be explained by Th17-related cytokines induced by FABP5 through systemic sensitization to a major allergen of a house dust mite. To find a possible mechanism of atopic march(AM), we designed a study in search of immune signatures and specific biomarker for AM by RNA microarray. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects, and the protocols were approved by the Institutional Review Board (no. 4-2013-0624).
