Recent studies of the Draco dwarf spheroidal galaxyopenPardSphclosePar using XMM-Newton observations show that the X-ray source population is dominated by accreting white dwarfsopenParAWDsclosePar.openParSaeedi et al comma submitted AA comma 2018 AA 2016 MNRAS comma 2018closePar. Among the dSphs comma which are satellites of the Milky Way comma there are only two dSphs comma which have similar distances to the distance of the Draco dSph comma but noticeable higher stellar masses. Sculptor dSph openParM =2.3 106 M closePar and the Sextans dSph openParM =0.44 106 M closePar with the distances of 90 kpc comma have been never observed by XMM-Newton. We propose to observe these two dSphs for the first time comma mainly in order 1closePar to perform the multi-wavelength study of X-ray sources aiming classification and study of AWDs. 2closePar to compare the population of AWDs of different dSphs.
