Italy: holiday scam experiences 2017

This statistic represents the share of Italians aged 18-65 who have experienced holiday scams as of 2017. According to the survey results, the vast majority of respondents (85 percent) had never been involved in a holiday scam. By contrast, one in ten respondents stated that they had experienced a holiday scam only once in their life, while 6 percent reported being repeatedly targeted by some kind of tourist fraud.
