Decreasing oocyte competence with maternal aging is a major factor in human infertility. To investigate the age-dependent molecular changes in a mouse model, we compared the expression profiles of metaphase II oocytes collected from 5-6 week old mice with those collected from 40-42 week old mice using the NIA 22K 60-mer oligo microarray.
卵母细胞(oocyte)功能随母体衰老而下降,是人类不孕症的主要致病因素之一。为探究小鼠模型中年龄依赖性的分子变化,本研究采用NIA 22K 60-聚体寡核苷酸微阵列(NIA 22K 60-mer oligo microarray),对比了5~6周龄小鼠与40~42周龄小鼠所采集的减数分裂II期卵母细胞(metaphase II oocytes)的基因表达谱。
