<br>This data set corresponds to the proteome of <em>Streptococcus thermophilus</em> 065 and corresponding extracellular vesicles (EVs) which were cultivated in M17 broth with lactose as carbon source. The bacteria were cultivated at 40°C for approximately 6 hours with and without Mitomycin C addition in the beginning of the exponential phase. For the proteome analysis, samples were collected at the end on the cultivation time in three biological replicates. EVs were collected by ultra-centrifugation. Bacterial cells were collected by centrifugation for 15 minutes at 6000×<em>g</em>, samples were frozen at -80°C until further use. Relative protein quantification was performed by Proteome Discoverer based on peptide intensity signals using default settings. <br>
本数据集对应嗜热链球菌(Streptococcus thermophilus)065的蛋白质组及其对应的细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicles,EVs)。所有样本均在以乳糖为碳源的M17肉汤培养基中培养,培养温度为40℃,总时长约6小时,并分别在指数生长期初始阶段添加与不添加丝裂霉素C(Mitomycin C)。蛋白质组分析所用样本于培养周期结束时采集,设置三次生物学重复;细胞外囊泡通过超速离心法分离收集,细菌菌体经6000×g离心15分钟收集,采集后的样本均保存于-80℃环境中以待后续实验。相对蛋白质定量分析采用Proteome Discoverer软件,基于肽段强度信号并以默认参数完成。
