Raw sequencing reads of Enterococcus faecalis with Linezolid Resistance and Intermediate Susceptibility obtained using Illumina.

This dataset contains raw sequencing reads of Enterococcus faecalis strains isolated from clinical samples at a Mexican tertiary care university hospital. The data were generated using the Illumina NextSeq platform. It includes paired-end FASTQ files, sample metadata, and additional relevant annotations. These data can be used for studying antibiotic resistance mechanisms, genomic diversity, and comparative genomics.
