RNA-Seq of nodules in Medicago sativa: under different nitrogen treatments

Medicago sativa root nodules play a key role in nitrogen fixation. To reveal the molecular mechanisms of alfalfa root nodules responding to different nitrogen concentrations, RNA-Seq was conducted on samples treated with 0 mM, 2 mM, and 10 mM KNO3. This project aims to identify differentially expressed genes and key regulatory pathways involved in nitrogen response, providing genetic resources for improving alfalfa's nitrogen use efficiency and nodulation capacity.
