This repository contains the MinION sequences, demultiplexing information and consensus barcodes from the express barcoding experiment.MinION_flow_cell_fastq.gz: MinION sequences from R10.4.1 flowcell.Flongle_flow_cell_fastq.zip: Folder of the Flongle sequences (1h, 2h, 3h and 24h).MinION_barcodes.fa: Consensus barcodes for MinION sequences, obtained with ONTbarcoder.
