100米级叶片全尺寸动态变形和载荷测试数据

数据来源于项目研发的115米叶片在配套风电机组上进行的现场挂机测试。测试场址位于山东东营,通过测风塔采集测试场址处的风速、风向、温湿度、气压等气象参数,通过试验平台同步记录3支叶片旋转过程中的动态变形和载荷数据,以及机组运行状态等参数数值,经分析处理得到项目叶片在实际湍流风况下的载荷及变形统计结果。气象数据通过安装在测风塔上的设备进行采集。其中,主风速计安装在气象桅杆顶部,与被测风力发电机组的轮毂高度保持一致;参考风速计用于对主风速计的数据进行校核。下叶尖风速计用于推算风剪切系数。主风向标安装高度为129m。参考风向标安装高度为126m,用于对主风向标的数据进行校核。叶片载荷数据采用应变片进行采集。叶片动态变形数据采用摄像机进行采集。每只叶片内安装一台摄像机通过记录单只叶片内安装的4组反光靶标位置变化,实时分析得到叶片位移。数据量约5GB。
The dataset is derived from on-site installation and commissioning tests of the 115-meter blade developed by the project, conducted on its matched wind turbine unit. The test site is located in Dongying, Shandong Province. Meteorological parameters including wind speed, wind direction, temperature and humidity, and atmospheric pressure at the site are collected via a meteorological tower. Meanwhile, a test platform synchronously records dynamic deformation and load data of the three blades during rotation, as well as parameters such as the operating status of the wind turbine unit. Statistical results of the load and deformation of the project's blades under actual turbulent wind conditions are obtained through analysis and processing. Meteorological data is collected by instruments installed on the meteorological tower. Specifically, the main anemometer is mounted at the top of the meteorological mast, with a height consistent with the hub of the tested wind turbine; the reference anemometer is used to calibrate the data collected by the main anemometer. The lower blade tip anemometer is employed to calculate the wind shear coefficient. The main wind vane is installed at a height of 129 meters, while the reference wind vane is installed at 126 meters and used to calibrate the data of the main wind vane. Blade load data is collected using strain gauges. Dynamic deformation data of the blades is collected via cameras. One camera is installed inside each blade, and real-time analysis of blade displacement is performed by recording the positional changes of the 4 sets of reflective targets installed within each individual blade. The total data volume of the dataset is approximately 5 GB.
