The data provided represent the mean progeny phenotype (MPP) and predictions (EBV and GEBV) for BCWD resistance (DAYS and STATUS) using pedigree-based BLUP (P-BLUP) and genomic selection (GS) models (ssGBLUP, wssGBLUP and BayesB) in progeny testing families (PTF) of rainbow trout. The EBV and GEBV for the binary trait STATUS estimated on the underlying scale of liability using a threshold animal model are shown as transformed to the observed scale of probability of survival using a standard normal cumulative distribution function (CDF).
