This study investigates the molecular mechanisms underlying flowering regulation in Hippeastrum, a bulbous ornamental plant. We performed transcriptome sequencing of bulbs during two critical phases: low-temperature storage and floral stalk emergence. By comparing gene expression profiles, we aim to identify key genes and pathways controlling flowering timing. This work will provide insights into improving flowering control in bulb crops and contribute to understanding perennial plant adaptation to environmental cues.
