Dataset "The Influence of Companies' Environmental Sustainability Measures on Employees' Individual Sustainable Behavior" (LMTLT S-PD-24-68)

Description This data set contains survey responses of two studies conducted for the project "The Influence of Companies' Environmental Sustainability Measures on Employees' Individual Sustainable Behavior" (LMTLT S-PD-24-68) Description of the dataThe dataset includes measurements collected by using a questionnaire and surveying employed individuals. No sensitive or personal data was collected. The survey was anonymous. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants. The respondent had the right to refuse to participate in the research at any time without any negative consequences. Data includes the following measurements (measured in Likert scales): environmentally sustainable individual behavior, environmentally sustainable employee behavior, pro-environmental behaviors at home and at work, individual sustainability-related mindset and sustainability ownership, perceived organizational sustainability-oriented purpose, perceived corporate environmentally sustainable activities, exposure to corporate environmental sustainability measures. Some of the responses include second-wave survey data after organizational treatments. Although these questions were not mandatory, some responses includes age, gender, education, household income, marital status, and organizational measures, such as management, department designation, organizational tenure, country. Data are provided in XLSX format, containing structured columns - items measured in the survey, and rows - responses measured in Likert scale.
