Column A (serial number): The unique number of the record, ranging from 1 to 990. Columns B (evaluation teacher) and C (resident physician) contain anonymous identifiers for the supervising teacher and the resident physician receiving the evaluation, respectively, both of which are replaced with "* * *" to protect privacy.Column D (Feedback Text): The original free text feedback written by the teacher, mainly describing the proficiency, operational norms, humanistic care, and areas for improvement of specific clinical procedures (such as tracheal intubation, arterial puncture, nerve block, etc.). This column contains a significant lack of text, with many records empty, reflecting the common phenomenon of incomplete feedback that fills in actual evaluations and is an essential feature of the dataset. Columns E to J (Features 1 to 6): Structured feature annotation of manually parsed "feedback text" based on consensus framework. Each feature is a binary variable (dimensionless) indicating whether the feedback exhibits the following quality dimensions: centered on resident physician behavior, provides detailed information, contains negative feedback, evaluates professionalism and communication skills, is targeted, and indicates areas for improvement. K column (manually annotated feedback quality): Based on the comprehensive assessment of the six features mentioned above, after the final decision of three experts, the quality classification label for each feedback is assigned to one of two categories: "high quality" or "low quality". L column (quality score): a quantitative score calculated using Excel formulas (=SUM (E2: J2), etc.), which is the sum of six eigenvalues (range 0-6), providing a continuous quantitative basis for "manual annotation feedback quality".
