We investigate the effect of two shocks on childhood immunization - strikes and floods - using data on the universe of vaccinated children in 7 districts in Sindh, Pakistan. We show that both flood and strike impacted areas have not caught up on vaccinations that would have occurred in the absence of such shocks, even after extensive outreach campaigns.<br>
