Transcriptome sequencing of LUAD patients

Lung cancer (LC) is the most common malignancies, and the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Especially in recent years, the morbidity and mortality of LC are increasing year by year, and ranked the first among all malignancies for many years in some countries such as China. However, the molecular mechanism remains unclear. This study aimed at exploring the gene expression mechanism involved in LC.
