Comparing transcriptomes of wild-type, hyperfilamentous, and hypofilamentous biofilms in S. cerevisiae

Purpose was to identify common and unique genes regulated by the following filamentous growth regulators: Dig1, Ste12, Ras2, Rtg3, Spt8. By harvesting cells from various biofilms we attempted to identify major regulatory targets that underpin biofilm/mat formation in fungi.
