16S rRNA of rectal swab microbiota before or after bowel preparation in patients with inflammatory bowel disease

This study was to investigate the role of swab microbiota in IBD. To explore the short-term effects of bowel preparation on swab microbiota, we also collected swab samples before or after bowel preparation from 27 of the CD or UC patients.
