Tn-seq analysis of Xanthomonas hortorum pv. vitians strains under different phage pressure

This project contains raw Tn-seq data generated from a transposon mutant library of Xanthomonas hortorum pv. vitians strains CFBP8638, CFBP8641, and CFBP8642. The experiment was designed to identify bacterial genes involved in susceptibility to the lytic bacteriophages Xhv-12, Xhv-7, Xhv-2, and Xhv-5. Mutant fitness was assessed under two conditions: (i) in rich medium (TSB) and (ii) in the same medium supplemented with a phage. These data contribute to the study of host-phage molecular interactions and the genetic determinants of phage sensitivity in plant-pathogenic bacteria.
