"Implementation of a digital SPD logistics model in a stomatology department: A quasi-experimental study
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains de-identified operational and aggregated survey data supporting the findings of a quasi-experimental study evaluating a hospital-operated Supply–Processing–Distribution (SPD) logistics model in the Department of Stomatology, Guigang People's Hospital, Guangxi, China. The study compared a 6-month pre-implementation period (January–June 2023) with a 6-month post-implementation period (July–December 2023). Table 1 (table_1.xlsx): Individual-level dispensing event records (31,248 events), weekly summary of dispensing volume and delivery errors, and logistic regression validation statistics for delivery error outcomes. Table 2 (table_2.xlsx): Weekly operational data including delivery time (minutes), staff workload (hours/week), and service satisfaction scores (0–100 scale) across 52 weeks; summary statistics for pre- vs. post-implementation comparison. Table 3 (table_3.xlsx): Monthly interrupted time-series data for inventory capital occupation (¥), irrational consumable usage, integrity incidents, and information security incidents; ITS regression statistics. Data were extracted from institutional SPD and hospital information systems. No identifiable patient or staff information is included. Staff survey responses were aggregated at the weekly level prior to inclusion.
