The data consists in genome-wide SNPs that were obtained from 6 different sources, keeping the SNPs common to all 6 sources.
The combined dataset consisted in 1656 autosomal SNPs for individuals from 208 populations. It was analyzed using FRAPPE, with default settings. The bars represent the percentages of each clusters determined by FRAPPE. The clustering analyses were performed for 2 to 16 clusters.
The results shown on these bar plots are the average percentages of the different clusters for the populations.
