Low-coverage genome survey sequencing of Limnoperna fortunei for repetitive DNA analysis

This project presents low-coverage genome survey sequencing data from Limnoperna fortunei, an invasive freshwater bivalve species. The data were generated to support the identification and characterization of repetitive DNA and other genomic features. This dataset contributes to genomic and evolutionary studies and provides a foundation for future cytogenetic and comparative genomic analyses.
