To investigate the transcriptomic effects of the OGG1 agonist TH10785, we treated T cells with the compound and analyzed gene expression profiles. Our aim was to evaluate the potential of OGG1 activation as a strategy to restore and preserve T cell function under conditions of oxidative stress. Overall design: Isolated human T cells untreated (Sample6,7,29,30) or treated (Sample6_10785,Sample7_10785,Sample29_10785,Sample30_10785) with TH10785 at a concentration of 7.5 µM. T cells were co-cultured with Nalm6 and CD19xCD3. RNA was isolated on day 10.
