Poverty (S1701) Each scored category represents 20% of the total population of the City of Dallas. A score of 5 represents that the percentage of people in poverty is between 23.4% - 80.4%.. A score of 4 represents the percentage of people in poverty is between 16.4% - 23.4%. A score of 3 represents that the percentage of people in poverty is between 9.9% - 16.3%. A score of 2 represents that the percentage of people in poverty is between 5.1% - 9.8%. A score of 1 represents the percentage of people in poverty is between 0.4% - 5%.
