资源简介:
Ash dieback is a fungal disease caused by Hymenoscyphus fraxinus (previously known as H. pseudoalbidus; anamorph Chalara fraxinea). This pathogen emerged in eastern Europe in the early 1990s and has spread westward to the UK over the next 20 years. This infectious disease of Ash trees (Fraxinus excelsior) causes leaf loss and crown dieback and moves into the bark and is often fatal to the tree. H. fraxinus is believed to be native to the far east and here we describe population level diversity of eight fruiting bodies sampled from Sugadaira Montane Research Center, Tsukuba University in Sugadaira heights, Japan.
