The goal is to compare microbial diversity in areas with beach wrack and without wrack. Sample collection was performed in one beach on the southeastern part of the Baltic Sea coast. Water and wrack samples were collected from area affected by wrack accumulations, water samples were collected from beach area not affected by wrack accumulations.
