We investigated the mechanism of suppression of Notch during efferocytosis. Genetically activation of Notch or ablation of Rubicon in marophages induced pro-inflammatory polarization and enhance anti-tumor effect. Overall design: We performed slam-seq in the presence or abscence of apoptotic Jurkat cells to study how genes expression is regulated during efferocytosis in different genotypes.
