锻造工艺参数数据集

我司通过自行采集锻造生产线各设备，包括中频感应加热炉、12500T电动螺旋压力机、液压切边机、机器人等，在生产过程中的实时运行参数（如温度、打击力、时间、节拍、甩料信号等），是基于本公司实际生产实践过程中，自行整合产生的自有数据集。

This proprietary dataset was independently compiled by our company based on actual on-site production practices. It is developed by collecting real-time operating parameters during the production process from various pieces of equipment on the forging production line, including medium-frequency induction heating furnaces, 12500T electric screw presses, hydraulic trimming machines, industrial robots and other equipment. The collected parameters include temperature, forging force, time, production beat, material discharge signal and other relevant indicators.
