Raw data and label descriptions

The purpose was to associate volume and symmetry of limbic system structures with the presence and persistence of common symptoms in mTBI patients. Data are provided for 524 civilian adults (aged 18-82) with mild TBI. Age (18-82), sex, time between injury and examination or MRI scan, loss of consciousness, and cause of injury are provided. Sagittal 3D T1-weighted sequences with 1.2mm thick slices (voxel size 0.93mm x 0.93mm x 1.2mm) volumetrics for the limbic system structures (Amygdala, Parahippocampal gyrus, Hippocampus, Entorhinal.Cortex, Rostral.Anterior.Cingulate, Caudal.Anterior.Cingulate, Posterior.Cingulate, Isthmus.Cingulate, Lateral.Orbitofrontal, Medial.Orbitofrontal, Ventral.Diencephalon, Nucleus.Accumbens, Thalamus) were obtained using NeuroQuant software, resulting in an interval-censored dataset. Volumes were adjusted based on the intracranial volume. Dataset is provided as an Excel file with a separate tab detailing labels.
