The MGI Integrated Genetic Linkage map uses the consensus marker and map information available from MGI ((Mouse Genome Informatics). MGD integrates primary mapping data from multiple sources. The MGI consensus map is built from these data, from work of the Mouse Chromosome Committees, and the MGI curation efforts.
