Arabic Translation of Emotional Intelligence, Perceived Organizational Support, and Organizational Commitment Scales Used in Kuwaiti Elementary Schools

This dataset contains the research instrument used in the study titled “The Mediating Role of Perceived Organizational Support between Principals’ Emotional Intelligence and Teachers’ Organizational Commitment.” The material includes the full survey questionnaire, consisting of the original English version, the Arabic translated version, and the back-translated English version. The translation process followed a forward–backward translation procedure to ensure linguistic equivalence and conceptual consistency. The instrument was administered to public elementary school teachers in Kuwait using a five-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree). The dataset is shared to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research use in the fields of educational leadership, emotional intelligence, and organizational behavior.
