Genomic Analysis of Multidrug-Resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa Clinical Isolates from a Tertiary Hospital in Northern China (2021-2023)

This project focuses on the genomic analysis of multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (MDR-PA) clinical isolates collected from different departments of a tertiary hospital in Northern China between 2021 and 2023. The study aims to investigate the genetic characteristics, antimicrobial resistance mechanisms, and potential evolutionary pathways of these isolates. Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) was performed, and assembled genomes are provided to facilitate further research on antibiotic resistance and bacterial pathogenicity. The dataset will be valuable for epidemiological surveillance, comparative genomics, and AI-driven antimicrobial resistance prediction.
