Campylobacter in the broiler production chain in Colombia is unknown, similarily, the antimicrobial resistance capabilities associated. For that reason, the aim of this study was analyzed what genotypes and AMR determinants are present in this isolates recovered across the broiler production chain at different scales in Cundinamarca, Colombia.
