Regional planning definitions of the complex Spatial Use Climate For the German-Czech cross-border cooperation of the planning authorities are presented. The dataset contains data from the planning regions Oberes Elbtal/Osterzgebirge, Region Chemnitz and Oberlausitz-Lower Silesia in the final state. In accordance with the Land Development Plan as an interdisciplinary overall concept for the spatial development, order and safeguarding of the Free State of Saxony, the regional plans constitute a binding framework for the spatial development, order and security of the area. The legally binding plans are usually drawn up on a scale of 1:100.000.
