Tiergestützte Therapie im Integrativen Verfahren bei einem Mensch mit frühkindlichem Hirnschaden und Spastiken am Beispiel von zwei Therapieeinheiten mit Hund Animal- assited therapy at integrative procedures for people with infantile brain damages and spasticities by reference to two therapy units with a dog

In dem vorliegenden Praxisbericht, geht es um zwei tiergestützteTherapieeinheiten mit einem Hund, bei einem Mensch mit frühkindlichemHirnschaden und einer Spastik. Nach einer Einführung in die IntegrativeTiergestützte Therapie nach Petzold folgt ein Einblick in dieAnthropologische Grundformel und die Hermeneutische Spirale. NachVorstellung des Tieres und ausführlicher Klientenbeschreibung,Ressourcenerhebung und Zielsetzung, beschreibe ich zweiTherapieeinheiten, die auf dem Außengelände des Wohnheimes stattfanden,in denen der Hund erfolgreich eingesetzt wurde und den Klienten zumotorischen Herausforderungen motiviert hat und für eine Entspannung desMuskeltonus eingesetzt wurde. Zudem fungierte der Hund bei emotionalerAnspannung als protektiver Faktor und pufferte diese ab. The current report is about the use of two animal-assisted therapyunits with a dog at people with a infantile brain damage or spasticity.After an introduction to the Integrative Animal-assisted Therapy afterPetzold follows a view into the anthropologic basic formula and thehermeneutic spiral.I describe two therapy units once the presentation of the animal,detailed client description, inquiry of resources and purposes. Thetherapy units took place at the outdoor area of the residential home.The dog was succesfully deplloyed.
