Nomenclatures of civil cases and special procedures
收藏资源简介:
The published file contains the nomenclature of civil cases and the nomenclature of special procedures updated by the Directorate for Civil Affairs and Seal (DACS). The classification of civil cases covers all legal areas which fall within the jurisdiction of civil, social and commercial courts. Its objective is to describe the applications before the civil courts as their main purpose, in the different areas of legal relations. It constitutes, in that regard, the exclusive source of information on the legal aspects of legal claims. This information is of great interest both for the management of cases in the jurisdiction and for the knowledge of the judicial activity. The Nomenclature of Specific Procedures includes requests for the application of specific procedures before the civil courts. It complements the description of the case made by the Civil Case Nomenclature. These two nomenclatures are common to all civil courts. A general presentation note, also included in the published file, provides a description of their operation with references to the texts, numerous examples, as well as a set of coding and application instructions for the use of the registry. ** Warning**: there may be a time lag between the updating of the nomenclatures by the relevant DACS department and the subsequent updating of the Ministry of Justice’s trade applications.
