Raw Data for Publication_01

This work has systematically investigated the tensile properties of hypo-eutectic Sn37Bi and eutectic Sn57Bi (in wt% throughout this work) under four strain rate conditions at four temperatures spanning from room temperature (RT) to 100°C. The microstructure of each condition was investigated before and after the tensile tests. Furthermore, the experiment results for each of the 16 conditions were fitted to an Anand model, which is a commonly used constitutional model for predicting the stress-strain properties of solder alloys. This dataset includes tensile test results in raw and processed form. The coding in MATLAB for data processing has also been included. Alongside these, the images included in the figures in the publication has also been included. This is dataset is to be shared to public according to the policy of the targeting journal.
