Clarification clause with rounding Val Gardena

For the location of Val Gardena, the boundaries between indoor and outdoor areas are clarified and the areas included in the interior are defined for the purpose of rounding and extended rounding. The admissibility of projects within the scope of these articles of association is assessed in accordance with Paragraph 34 of the BauGB and Paragraph 4(2a) of the BauGB Measures Act — the admissibility of projects within the context of built-up districts. Only residential use is permitted on the land included under Section 4(2a) of the BauGB Measures Act.
