The 2016 update of the World Health Organization (WHO) proposed an integrated approach for Medulloblastoma (MB) diagnosis, the most frequent pediatric brain tumor, based on molecular profile and phenotype-genotype correlation. We report the results of the first Brazilian single-institution investigation about MB subgroup-related genes, by Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).
