Properties of probiotic candidates and their nucleotide GenBank accession number

This is a set of raw data associated to a study investigating the isolation, screening, and characterization of intestinal bacterial isolates from red tilapia for probiotic application. It comprises quantitative data generated during a multi-criteria selection process, including antimicrobial activity (zone of inhibition, mm), gastrointestinal tolerance, cell surface hydrophobicity, enzymatic activities (protease, amylase, lipase), and environmental tolerance (temperature and salinity). Safety assessments are also included, together with the identification of selected candidate strains.
