We obtained cell-type-specific transcriptomic profiles from the neocortex and hippocampal brain regions of a mouse model of HNRNPU haploinsufficiency. Single cell profiles derived from 4 neocortical and hippocampal samples each: 2 heterozygous mutants and 2 wildtype littermates, one of each sex.
我们从HNRNPU单倍体不足(HNRNPU haploinsufficiency)小鼠模型的新皮层(neocortex)与海马体脑区(hippocampal brain regions)中获取了细胞类型特异性转录组谱(cell-type-specific transcriptomic profiles)。本次实验的单细胞谱(single cell profiles)来自新皮层与海马体各4份样本,其中包含2份杂合突变体(heterozygous mutants)样本与2份野生型同窝仔鼠(wildtype littermates)样本,且两种基因型样本均覆盖雌雄两种性别。
