Cell-type-specific transcriptomic perturbations in a mouse model of HNRNPU haploinsufficiency

We obtained cell-type-specific transcriptomic profiles from the neocortex and hippocampal brain regions of a mouse model of HNRNPU haploinsufficiency. Single cell profiles derived from 4 neocortical and hippocampal samples each: 2 heterozygous mutants and 2 wildtype littermates, one of each sex.我们从HNRNPU单倍体不足（HNRNPU haploinsufficiency）小鼠模型的新皮层（neocortex）与海马体脑区（hippocampal brain regions）中获取了细胞类型特异性转录组谱（cell-type-specific transcriptomic profiles）。本次实验的单细胞谱（single cell profiles）来自新皮层与海马体各4份样本，其中包含2份杂合突变体（heterozygous mutants）样本与2份野生型同窝仔鼠（wildtype littermates）样本，且两种基因型样本均覆盖雌雄两种性别。
