Plant diversity at different scales

We conducted a study to examine diversity metrics across three spatial scales. The data are organized in a standard coenological table, with species listed in rows and relevés (i.e., sampling plots) arranged in columns. The cells contain percentage cover values for each species. In addition, each relevé is classified according to site and habitat type, including LF (Large Forest patches), MF (Medium Forest patches), SF (Small Forest patches), NE (North-facing edges), SE (South-facing edges), CG (Closed grasslands), OP (Open perennial grasslands), and OA (Open annual grasslands).
