Genomics Sequences for Neglected Orthobunyavirus

Understanding the genomic and ecological dynamics of neglected Orthobunyaviruses is critical for identifying emerging pathogens, assessing zoonotic risks, and mitigating their impact on public health and agriculture. Addressing these gaps requires targeted surveillance and intervention strategies informed by comprehensive genomic, phylogenetic, and ecological analyses. This study employs NGS to explore evolutionary relationships, genomic features, offering insights into Orthobunyaviruses pathogenicity and ecological adaptation. By characterizing neglected Orthobunyaviruses strains, we provide a foundation for future studies and targeted interventions, contributing to global public health efforts to address emerging infectious diseases and prevent zoonotic spillovers.
