Short dataset and R script for locomotor activity analysis of estuarine Gambusia affinis after transfer to freshwater

This repository contains a compact dataset and R script used to reproduce the main analyses of diel locomotor activity in estuarine mosquitofish Gambusia affinis tested after transfer to freshwater. The dataset includes hourly locomotor activity summaries for Session 1, retained Session 2, Session 2 sensitivity analysis, and individual-level summary variables. The R script reproduces the main descriptive statistics and figures used for manuscript support.
