The role of surface-active macromolecules in the ice nucleating ability of lignin, Snomax, and agricultural soil extracts

This dataset contains the data associated with the article titled "The role of surface-active macromolecules in the ice nucleating ability of lignin, Snomax, and agricultural soil extracts". The data is provided in the form of csv files containing the raw data; including the freezing temperatures from droplet freezing assays performed using the Freezing Ice Nucleation Counter (FINC) and the surface tension measurements taken using an optical contact angle tensiometer. The raw data provided also includes the organic carbon concentrations for each analysed solution from which the active site density per mass of carbon (n_m) was calculated.
