Raw Dataset for Master's Thesis "Management effects on the diversity of predatory mites in organic, integrated and extensively managed apple cultures in Styria"

This file gives raw data of the measured leaf area, leaf hairiness, abundance of predatory and pest mites identified at family and species level and pesticide index (aAPTLc) in the Styrian orchards sampled during the growing season 2024, with details on the management methods and apple tree varieties. The sample code gives several information, e.g. for A_JO1: A = orchard location (anonymyzed for data protection purposes) JO = apple tree variety (Ilzer Rosenapfel (IR), Kronprinz (KR), Jonathan (JO), Maschanska (MA), Topas (TO), Braebrun (BR), Jonagold (JOG), Gräfin (Grä), Boskop (BO) 1 = replicate number
