Androgen receptor cell-autonomously regulates luminal cell plasticity and regeneration [scRNA-seq]

Comparision of single cell transcriptomes of Intact, Ar knockout, castrated or DHT treated prostate cells after 2 weeks Ar knockout, 5 days and 14 days castration, 2 days and 14 days DHT treatment. Overall design: Alive Ar knockout or castrated or DHT treated prostate cells were sorted by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to DAPI and analyzed using scRNAseq. Each sample contains 3 different mice as biological replicates, each replicate was labelled with Biolegend TotalSeq™-C0301/C0302/C0303 Hashtags separately, and mixed as one sample for scRNA sequencing.
