Statistics by GHM
收藏资源简介:
This link allows, via a form, to obtain for any GHM a set of statistical tables. The form allows, by means of drop-down menus, to define a query according to the following criteria: the year of collection, if applicable the category of establishment, or a French administrative region if the category of institution selected is either the whole, ex/under DGF or ex/under OQN. The selected GHM number is to be entered directly in capital letters in the “GHM choice” framework or to be selected via the “GHM” button which offers by CMD the list of GHM defined for the selected year. The first table gives synthetic characteristics for the selected GHM and year, where appropriate restricted to subgroup of establishments or an administrative region: — the number of stays and sessions — for the length of stay (see above for the duration of the sessions) its average, standard deviation, variance, coefficient of variation, mode and median, its minimum and maximum values, the 10th and 95th percentiles — the number of stays and sessions ending in one death, and the proportion to the total — for the age of the sick, mean and standard deviation — the average number of associated diagnoses, the average number of different medical procedures coded per stay and session, the number of acts being broken down into acts classified in the GHM classification applicable to the selected and non-classifying year. Follows the list of main diagnoses presented in decreasing frequency order, alphabetical order of code, and limited to the first 50. This list presents for each diagnosis its CIM code, wording, the number of stays for this GHM and year (± other selection criteria), the average length of stays. If there are more than 50 different main diagnostic codes encountered, a link in the last row of the table shows all the diagnostic codes. The selection of stays for a main diagnosis is the subject of Section 6 below. It should be noted that for the first two months of 2009, the main diagnosis of summaries of stays having rerolled in more than one medial unit may be different from that chosen by the grouping function when grouping in version 11 of the GHM classification, the algorithm for selecting the main diagnosis having been modified compared to that of previous versions of the GHM classification. The list of associated diagnoses, medical procedures classifying (in the GHM classification applicable to the selected year) and non-classifying are then presented on the same model. Finally, the distribution of the relative proportion of stays according to their length of stay for values between 0 and 70 days or more is presented in the form of a histogram.
