Data for "NT-3-Expressing Olfactory Ensheathing Cells Reduce Brain Aβ1–42 Accumulation and Improve Cognitive Performance and in a Rat Model of Alzheimer's Disease"

This dataset contains the data supporting the results presented in Figures 2–5 of the manuscript. The data are provided in separate files, with each file corresponding to the respective figure and containing the experimental results for the assays and behavioral tests presented in that figure. The datasets include results from in vitro experiments assessing OEC transduction efficiency, cytotoxicity, and NT-3 secretion, as well as biochemical and behavioral assessments in the experimental Alzheimer's disease model. Behavioral data include results from the Open Field test, Y-maze, Passive Avoidance test, and Morris Water Maze. Biochemical data include ELISA measurements of Aβ1–42, pTau, and NT-3 in brain tissue. For each experimental dataset, descriptive statistics are provided, including the number of observations, minimum and maximum values, percentiles, median, mean, standard deviation (SD), standard error of the mean (SEM), and 95% confidence intervals, where applicable. The datasets also include results of normality testing and one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA), together with the corresponding statistical results and p-values.
