资源简介:
Intestinal microbiota can affect the intestinal hepatic circulation of estrogen and their reabsorption, and can regulate systemic estrogen. Therefore, intestinal microbiota may be a risk factor for breast cancer. On the contrary, the composition and metabolic function of gut microbiota may be influenced by host factors, such as the process of oral aromatase inhibitors, and a low estrogen environment in the body may exert selective pressure on gut bacterial populations. At present, there are few research reports on the correlation between intestinal flora and aromatase inhibitor assisted endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients at home and abroad. Our research group plans to analyze the structural and functional response of the gut microbiota to oral aromatase inhibitors by monitoring indicators such as gut microbiota, hormone levels, and blood lipid levels during adjuvant endocrine therapy in patients. Based on this, the theoretical basis of improving or predicting the endocrine therapy effect of breast cancer by using microbial flora and realizing individualized treatment by adjusting intestinal microecology were established.
