Canada reluctance to use social media due to online harassment 2024

A March 2024 survey of internet users in Canada found that 25 percent of internet users were reluctant to use social media or have online discussions due to concerns about online harassment. Overall, 52 percent of respondents said that the potential risk of online abuse did not stop them from using social media.
